Mama Shelter Prague is set in the 1967 Park Hotel, a brutalist landmark narrating the city’s communist past through original pavements, phone booths, and overhead fixtures to the already whimisical interiors the chain is known for. It is located in Prague‘s seventh district, known for its thriving art scene and home to the National Gallery.
Rooms come in four different types; Medium Mama, Large Mama, XXL Mama, and the 69m2 Mama Penthouse which comes with a kitchenette and beds aplenty, including a swinging bed.
Breakfast is served in the bright restaurant, featuring an open kitchen. There is a reasonably priced menu featuring mezze, pizzas and various mains. Guests can also dine on the lovely outside terrace.
