Hilton returns to Cannes

The present Radisson Blu, facing the Old Port, will be renovated and reopen spring 2023 as a Canopy by Hilton.

Fifteen years after Hilton left Cannes (Noga Hilton, now JW Marriott), it returns with its lifestyle Canopy brand. The present Radisson Blu 1835 Hotel will be renovated under supervision by acclaimed Paris-based, Belgian designer Ramy Fischler. The 143-unit is situated across the Old Port from the Palais des Festivals – home to the Cannes Film Festival. It will be no surprise the design of the Canopy by Hilton Cannes will be inspired by the glamour of the festival and the palmtree-lined boulevards along the beaches, like the Plage du Midi, which starts at the hotel.
