Oxford Capital Group, Chicago, announced the acquisition and planned full-scale interior renovation of the 453-key Westin Book Cadillac Detroit Hotel. Oxford and its partner Taconic Capital will work on a refresh of the guest rooms, public space, meeting rooms and ballrooms over the next 24 months.
Marriott’s hip Moxy to open in Tromsø, Norway in 2023
Moxy Hotels is coming soon to the arctic capital of Tromsø, Norway. Construction has begun and the hotel is expected to open its doors in 2023. The 200 rooms will be certified by BREEAM as a sustainable building and by Green Key for sustainable operations.
